Equipment installation

Overseeing the installation of equipment, and maintaining an inventory of fuel and spare parts

 

Staff training

Supervising the training of their staff, and quickly resolving disputes between staff

Quality control

Performing quality control checks for products and systems, and scheduling and performing quality control checks

Leadership

Demonstrating exemplary leadership skills to handle the team's performance towards the company's objectives

Budgeting

Calculating costs for each project, including labor and materials, and approving budgets and designs

Communication

Communicating company goals to the team, and communicating with clients and management for instructions and specifications

Project management

Overseeing the project from start to finish, including managing the distribution of tasks, and ensuring projects stay within budget and on-deadline

 

Skills and Qualifications:

AT LEAST 18 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE AS CHIEF ENGINEER

WITH OR WITHOUT VALID US VISA 

HOLDING VALID DOCUMENTS
