       It was organized and established as a family corporation combined with management's experience in shipping, backed by the seafaring background of its founders.

It is a company duly licensed and accredited by government agencies of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC), Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), Philippine Port Authority (PPA) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) as manning agency operating under the laws of the Philippines.

       The company has strong and solid foundations and is well versed in the fields of maritime crewing and manning. Diamond-H provides services for worldwide ship owners, all types of ocean going vessels, tonnage, registries, indicating the depth and width of the company's capabilities to handle different requirements. As a manning agency, the company supplies Officers and Ratings, mostly of Filipino origin.
